Saber Style: Fan Film Saber Price Range: $75-$100 Proving that we can still make a great looking saber from a vague description, the customer wanted something that resembled the HALYCON saber, we modified some details and came up with a nearly organic looking overshroud that covers rounded aluminum grooves underneath. The angled ring on the emitter leads back to thin sets of deep grooves, as it sprouts out from a thin neck. The coin-edged activation button sits in a shallow milled groove along with the blades set bolt. A seried of 3 countersunk holes flank the side of the activation area. The pommel dips in and out as the grooves and ridges undulate until the end of the saber is capped off with a small flat plug.
