LED sabers - FULLY LOADED electronics packages that can be added to nearly any design

In addition to our popular ELITE sabers, new for 2007, we have the ability to supply and install LED electronics into almost any design.
While many of our existing sabers need no modifications, just about any hilt that is shown in our Galleries can be remachined and outfitted with the LED electronics with very minor alterations.
Luxeon-based LED electronics utilize a small but incredibly bright LED inside the hilt, much like a flashlight, only brigh enough to burn the retinas out of even a Jawa. 1" diameter polycarbonate blades are also available, that diffuse the light to create an amazingly bright glowing blade. The colored LED's come in 8 different colors: ORANGE, ORANGE-RED, RED, BLUE, Light BLUE, Dark BLUE, GREEN, & WHITE. WHITE LED's also have the ability to use any combination of 12 colored, transluscent discs that can alter the blade color; creating vibrant Pinks and Purples, to Emrald Greens and Yellows.
Just like with our ELITE sabers, these LED hilts, can even be outfitted with recharge ports, connected directly to a rechargable battery inside the saber, so you wont ever have to replace the battery when its dead - simply plug your saber in to recharge it.

While we charge to install any other vendors electronics, there is no fee for installing our own LED components, if we supply them for you. While there can be some limitations, the average cost of our LED electronics, installed into any saber will run $50. This price includes the full electronics installation of the LED (colored or WHITE), including the machined heatsink and battery pack and button placement. If you would like to add a blade to your order, they can be purchased for an additional $35.
As with our ELITE lineup, we can install a recharge port into your saber for an additional $10.
These setups do not include what are commonly referred to as "drivers" -small electronic boards that help regulate the power going to an LED. We can certainly install these "drivers" as well...but this would be a completely different setup, including a different cost. While this technology certianly isnt new to the SW community, in years past, we havent carried the electronics ourselves directly. Customers would have to purchase them from other vendors and have them sent to us for installation. Now, however we can supply, install and test out your electronics before they are even installed, so that when you order your custom machined design, once its finished, you'll have a fully operational saber, ready to duel.
