We are no longer accepting any new orders for any custom machined work for the next two years (at least until August of 2009), in an attempt to catch up on our backlog of current custom orders. You may still place orders for colored acrylic blades, belt clips, electronics, and carbon fiber blades (as well as display cradles when they are finished), but we will not be accepting any more custom submissions. Feel free to send all of your general questions, orders and comments to our email address here: It is recommended that you take a quick glance at our FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS, as it may just provide answers to your questions without having to email us. In the interest of trying to keep emails from getting clogged up, please keep your attachments to under 1 Megabyte in size. It will speed things up, and insure that the designs reach us. You may also post questions on our FORUM where not only can we answer your questions, but many times other Forum members and existing customers can help as well. If you have sent an email but never got a response, the problem could lie either on our mail server not receiving your query, or your mail server not receiving our reply. If this is the case, login to our FORUM, and send a Personal Message, to any of the Administration or the Moderators, and they will make sure the questions get sent to where they should be. |
