RandomSabers is proud to announce that we carry battle blades for your stunt sabers
Our battle blades are 3/4" round extruded acrylic, designed to fit your newly machined RandomSaber hilt, or to spruce up one that you already have. These will fit any saber, designed to hold a 3/4" dueling rod. Each of the 6 colors come in 2 different lengths, unlike most of the other sites that carry blades out there, that simply stock one length. Unless specified; all feature rounded tips.

    and are available in the following lengths: 30":$28....36":$36 shipping is $8 for Priority Mail for any (one) length blade Unfortunately, due to less interest in colors blades than in the past, along with our local plastics supplier having raised their prices, we were forced to do so as well.



The process each of our raw stocks of color goes through before being shipped out is much more than a simple sanding job like you will find elsewhere. After giving each blade a nearly-perfect 3/4" spherical diameter, the length of the blade is then polished using 3 different materials, until the newly rounded tip is as transluscent as the entire body. Each blade is then coated with an anti-static glaze that also helps to dicourage fingerprints and hazing.

New this year, we are very proud to announce that we now carry Carbon Fiber rods for dueling. These are the same type of blades used in a big budget movie that came out in May of '05 (ROTS), and area amazingly durable (as the film would attest)
The CF blades are 1/2" in diameter, and have a silver checker pattern, but are quite smooth. The process involved in manufaturing these blades is quite intense, and can be seen HERE.

The Carbon Fiber blades are 40" long, and run $40 each.

In addition to the Carbon Fiber blades, we are also offering an Accessory Kit to go along with it. The Accessory Kits will include a machined aluminum adapter to allow you to use the 1/2" diameter blade in your existing 3/4" emitter bore. This adapter will be removable, in case you have both sabers with 3/4" diameter emitter and 1/2" diameter emitters. In addition to the adapter the kit will include a machined aluminum 'rounded tip' that can be easily glued into the end of your blade. This will not only be safer, but there is less chance of the edge of the blade striking something and chipping there.


The Accessory Kits run $8 each.
